MINISTRANTtotheSELFRIGHTEOUS

I just took action on an issue that I consider very important. Please join me in calling on the U.S. Department of Agriculture to mandate vegetarian meals and nondairy beverages in school lunches. Now is the time for action. The USDA is drafting revisions to The Child Nutrition Act, which determines school lunch policies.

Better yet, get USDA out of our school lunches altogether. It is just a big giveaway to the agriculture industry. Tell them instead to stop taking our money and giving it to "farmers".

NB: I am OK with subsizing meals for children that cannot afford one themselves. But this program applies across the board, most families do not need help to buy a lunch.
