Grant Green
is my favorite guitar player who doesn't play Rock & Roll. Grateful Dead is the only other artist with which I prefer a live album to a studio project. Grant Green's Alive is a must own record. Lance(congratulations new grad) & I used to bug out to Umallah's version of Down Here On The Ground off The Blue Note Remix Project Vol. 1. Thinking...too...good In the meantime, any other non-rawk guitarists?..Prince Rawks...so don't try it...

Congrads! and Yes, this album is great! i think the US3 Sample for Cantaloop is on this album...? DJ OZ....
yep, oz...alive is one of hip hop's great primary resources...i didn't want to be cursed out by premiere with those "beat record cats...seriously violating"
